Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We do not accept returns after the item has been delivered. Important: All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving the store. 

Exceptions include:
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. Once product is at hand, we will determine refund eligibility.

To start a return, please contact us at liftedgallery2753@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: In the chances that we send the wrong item, please contact us by our email liftedgallery2753@gmail.com and we will work with you to ensure a smooth exchange process.For any questions about the exchanges email us. 

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
